Women In Investment
OUR STORY
Women In Investment (WIN) was founded in the spring of 2022 by six female students at Santa Clara University. These students were motivated to alter and influence the landscape of finance at Santa Clara. The mission of the organization is guided by its four founding principles: Career Guidance, Education, Community, and Philanthropy. Today, these groups of women are encouraging and mentoring young female college students at the beginning of their careers and beyond. We believe that women are outstanding investors and leaders; WIN's continue to pave the way for women to become investors, founders, and board members.

EVENTS
Financial Literacy
WIN is committed to giving back to our community. In the 2023 school year the Service team visited two local high schools: Palo Alto High School and Notre Dame High School. Our goal is to introduce young women to investment as a potential career and enhance their financial literacy.
Professional Events
Throughout the academic year, we organize a diverse array of professional activities. These include speaker engagements, workshops, corporate tours, panel discussions, nearby conference excursions, and informational sessions for recruitment. Additionally, our six-week educational program, open to all, imparts a fundamental understanding of investments.
Social Events
We care about our community. WIN is your friend, your community, and your ally. We actively participate in community building events and we integrate social events into our community. Some examples in the past have included: Ice Cream Social, Mission Garden Picnic, and Game Night. As our community flourishes, we're geared to curate even more enjoyable social affairs, providing our members a platform to mingle, connect, and forge new friendships.
